Chef, kitchen and restaurant staff, quality and choice: We look to our catch, to our tradition, but we also want to offer an experience that reflects not only our region, but all of Italy.
Each hotel has its own air-conditioned dining room, adapted to the needs of its guests. Without shifts and with an assigned table that remains the same for the duration of the stay. The varied menu, which offers a wide choice of quality dishes, is common to all three hotels.
It starts with breakfast, which is served between 7:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. in the dining room or outside, and includes both savory and sweet dishes. Jams, honeycomb, chocolate, cereals, fruit juices, yogurt, coffee and milk, croissants, cakes, pies, cookies, cold cuts, cheese and eggs are available. In addition, fresh bread, bread loaves and rusks are always available.
For lunch and dinner, appetizers are served in buffet style, with plexiglass partition: hot and cold, various fried dishes, cooked and fresh vegetables.
The first course, second course and dessert are served at the table, with a choice of four first courses and four second courses.
Bottled drinks are served with meals:
Sparkling and still water, Pepsi, orangeade, lemonade, beer, white and red wine.
Portions and adaptations are available for children and infants
(with the possibility of high chairs at the table).
